Instead of recruiting a person to yell, “Hey, you can’t park here!” or, “Hey! Come on in and enjoy a coffee,” we have this wonderful thing called writing and signs to communicate things we do or do not want people to do. So the question this week is, what does Windsor – Essex want us to do? What are the words up on the walls – of bricks and mortar, of billboards, of digital walls – saying?
